By downloading, installing, or using VibeOut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use VibeOut. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. VibeOut displays information about alcoholic beverage promotions and is intended for legal drinking-age adults only.
To use VibeOut, you must create an account with your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:

VibeOut is provided for personal, non-commercial use to browse happy hour listings and navigate to venues. The app is free to use and is supported by third-party advertisements. You agree not to:
VibeOut displays happy hour information provided by venue owners through the VibeOut for Owners app. This includes venue names, addresses, hours, and deal descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the venue before visiting.
VibeOut uses your device's location services to show nearby venues on a map. When you choose to navigate to a venue, the app may open Apple Maps or Google Maps, which are third-party services subject to their own terms and privacy policies. VibeOut is not responsible for the accuracy of directions provided by these services.
When you interact with a venue listing (e.g., tap to get directions, view a menu, make a reservation, or call), VibeOut records these interactions to provide venue owners with aggregated, anonymous analytics about how users engage with their listings. Your identity is never shared with venue owners.
The "I'm Here" check-in feature uses a one-time location check to verify you are near a venue. Check-ins are limited to one per venue per day. You may only check in when you are within approximately 200 meters of the venue. Check-in data is shared with venue owners only as aggregate visit counts — venue owners cannot see individual user identities.
VibeOut promotes responsible alcohol consumption. We encourage you to drink responsibly, arrange safe transportation, never drink and drive, and be aware of local laws regarding alcohol consumption. VibeOut is not responsible for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption.
All content, features, and functionality of VibeOut, including the app design, logos, and code, are owned by VibeOut and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
VibeOut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeOut and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on happy hour information displayed in the app.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
