We collect the following information that you provide directly:

Account information (your name, email address, and business name, collected during sign-up)
Happy hour listing data (venue name, address, coordinates, hours, deal descriptions, menu links, and active days)

We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or device-level usage data beyond what is necessary to operate the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Authenticate your account and verify your owner status
Display your name, email, and business name on your profile screen
Publish your happy hour listings so they are visible to VibeOut consumer app users
Allow you to create, edit, and delete your listings
Improve and maintain the app

3. Business Information Visibility

Happy hour listings you create are publicly visible to all authenticated VibeOut users. This includes:

Venue name and address
Happy hour times and active days
Deal and special descriptions
Menu link (if provided)
Venue location on the map (latitude and longitude)

Your personal account information (your name and email) is not shared publicly and is only visible to you on your profile screen.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication (Google) — to manage your account sign-in securely
Cloud Firestore (Google) — to store your account profile and happy hour listings
Google AdMob — used in the VibeOut consumer app to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and other device information to serve relevant ads. You can limit ad tracking at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and happy hour listings for as long as your account is active. When you delete a listing through the app, it is permanently removed from our database and will no longer appear to VibeOut users.

You can request deletion of your entire account and all associated data (including all listings) by contacting us at vibeoutapp@outlook.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Create, edit, or remove your happy hour listings at any time through the app

7. Data Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and stored in Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard security protections. Firestore security rules ensure that only you can read and modify your owner profile, and only you can edit or delete your own listings. Authentication tokens are managed securely by the Firebase SDK.

8. Age Requirement

VibeOut is intended for users who are of legal drinking age (21 years or older in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

9. Advertising (VibeOut Consumer App)

The VibeOut consumer app is free to use and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. Ads are displayed as small banners within the app. Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and general location to show you relevant ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:

Going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disabling tracking for VibeOut
Going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and disabling Personalized Ads

Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. For more information on how Google uses data from apps that use AdMob, visit google.com/policies/privacy/partners.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy in the app and revising the "Last Updated" date above.
